"The resort was very clean, although massive. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice. The food was okay, not bad, but not great. The only reason we didn't give it five stars is due to the loud music at night. We are older and remember what it was like to be young and expected some noise. The first few nights of our stay you could hear the music off in the distance until.around 2 AM, but it didn't hinder our sleep. The last two nights of our stay the music was loud and went on until...

"Well, I was on the fourth floor and I was a little disappointed with the elevator being broken. the whole right side side of it where you push the buttons for the thing was just flopping loose and never got fixed while we were there, also, the ice machine on the fourth floor was not working, and nobody came out to fix it while we were there, we had a few power surges where the power went off, I was in the elite club, but I didn't get offered any transportation, which I was a little disappointed...

"This facility was very clean and nice! Service was awesome and the resort was small and intimate! The only thing that could’ve used attention was this: there needed to be more fans in the area where the shows were. It was stuffy and hot down there because there was no air movement."

"FOOD: Most of our food arrived cold or lukewarm, even when sitting under warmers. Room service pizza was the worst rubbery pizza we’ve ever had—and, of course, cold. Italian food lacked flavor, and poolside and beach orders were usually cold. The Asian restaurant and steakhouse were the only places where food was consistently closer to hot, although even the skillet rolls weren’t hot. Our burgers were only served hot once. We were extremely disappointed, especially since positive food reviews...

"Great location. Property very dated. Bonita Rose much better. Nice you can use all Bonita properties to include Rose and Sunset. Really liked that. Service was okay. Somewhat slow at times. Would stay at the Rose the next time."
