"Had a lovely room at the Bellavista overlooking the lake and volcanos. Nice balcony for watching the sunsets. Everyone at the hotel was extremely polite, pleasant, and helpful. They ensured that I had everything I needed especially since my Spanish is so limited. Spent an afternoon at the jetted pool, sauna, and had a massage. My only complaint about the entire experience was that I would have liked the pool to be warmer. Would definitely stay here again."
