"The hotel and staff were nice and friendly. Let down is that you need to pay 7EUR every time to use the sauna (thought this to be really strange and expensive). The rooms don’t have a mini fridge so you can’t store any kind of food! FREE Parking is quite limited 10 cars or so, then you have to pay 8 EUR per night. "

"Wir haben einen vollkommen gelungene Winterurlaub verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und in sauberem Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Leider wurde kurzfristig das in der Buchung enthaltene Frühstück abgesagt. Hier erfolgte eine Minderung des Reisepreises. Des Weiteren war leider der Wellnessbereich (Sauna/ Whirlpool etc.) des Hauses, mit Ausnahme des Freizeit- und Fitnessraum, nicht geöffnet. Dies wurde uns aber vorab nicht mitgeteilt! "It is a little ways out from Passau but it is walkable to town. The rooms were clean and spacious and there were a bunch of great amenities in the area. Athroom was great. Parking is a little tight but there is a public parking lot across the street. The edeka besides the hotel was great for getting drinks and snacks for our stay. "
