"Lots of parking. We arrived before check in opened but were able to leave our car while we visited the city. The bus stops right outside the hotel and, like all public transport in Luxembourg, it’s free. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The weather was good, so we were able to sit out on the very pleasant terrace for a drink. Staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel is used for conferences and coach tours, so there may be a wait at reception at times."

"Fabulous little hotel in a wonderful location. We stayed for only 1 night but wished we had booked more. From the receptionist on the front desk to the restaurant attendants all were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The spa/pool was lovely and very clean. We stayed in a family room and the children loved having beds on a mezzanine floor. More than enough room for us all. The only thing I would recommend would a lock on the bathroom door!!! "

"We had a basic room (average amount of space, etc) Came with mini bar but no coffee in room. Shower leaked on bathroom flood and hair dryer did not work. Room key is required to keep lights on (and only one was provided for 2 people). Did not use pool or spa. Village is quite nice, location of hotel was good for visitors going to castle, other sites."

"The facility is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location is very good for visiting Clairvaux. The staff seemed friendly and tried to provide a good service. The restaurant food was good and the wait staff, although trying and working hard seemed a little confused - I think there were some internal misunderstandings about the hotel procedures among the staff. "The room we had was dark and dingy. The weather was hot and there was no air conditioning. We asked for a fan and a very unfriendly man at the front desk barked at us that NO there was not one. Very disappointing stay will NOT be going back and NOT recommending this hotel to anyone, actually the opposite. "
