Very good: Friendly staff, spacious room, nice decoration Venetian style, balcony with view to a park. Not so good: Bathrooom is not optimal for taking showers, as there is no curtain or screen to protect the room from getting soaked and wet.

The staff was nice and really tried. The room was very hot at night, and there was no air conditioning to speak of. They gave us a fan to help deal with it. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning which cost €25 and the service was abysmal, and they were out of a lot of the food and slow to replace it. There was one woman running it and she was completely overrun. This is not the hotel’s fault but there are not a ton of dining options in the area.

This was our first time in Luxembourg and we couldnt have picked a better place to stay. The centre was walkable in 15 minutes and the neighbourhood was quiet, safe and friendly. The park behind the hotel was an amazing bonus.

The property is dated and in desperate need for renovation. Parking spaces in the garage are tight. Cleanliness is ok. Authone, the receptionist, is welcoming and helpful.

Lovely quirky hotel about a mile walk from the centre (although with free public transport, even this is no bother!) Staff charming and super helpful. Quiet, smart and clean rooms. Air conditioning would have made it 10/10!

Lovely stay.

Excellent help from the customer service team, especially at check in and checkout. Pillows weren’t very comfy but there was a service to change them for a fee - would have preferred to be supplied with comfy pillows to begin with. View was fantastic and amenities were all there. Breakfast was nice and in a lovely setting.

The hotel is well located, the lobby well decorated and the room is spacious and equipped. However, the shower in the bathtub is terrible. Moreovee, the room was really hot and there was no indivual control of the temperature.

The hotel was overall nice however we paid for a park view and were given a room on the ground floor with very little view/no balcony. We essentially viewed the roof. We tried to complain but were told no other rooms were available. We also had to wait in a 25 minute line to check in (we were exhausted from a long flight so that didn’t help). It wasn’t the single staff member who was workings fault, however you’d think they would have more than one staff member checking guests in when a long line forms.

Disappointing Stay Due to Cold Rooms and Poor Serv

We stayed at this hotel for five days, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable but very cold. The heating was insufficient, especially on the top floor where we stayed initially. In the bathroom, the only source of heat was an infrared bulb, which barely managed to warm the space. The biggest issue was the shower. On several days, we had to endure cold showers, which was extremely unpleasant. Even after we were moved to a different room, it was still cold, and the problem with hot water persisted. To make matters worse, on the last night, the staff left the windows wide open in our new room, and we returned to find it freezing cold. While the hotel is in a quiet location, this does not compensate for the lack of adequate heating, hot water, and attentive service. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable, and we cannot recommend this hotel, especially during colder months.

VERY SIMPLE hotel, simple rooms, simple beds, etc. BUT special wishes for the rooms were arranged. Nice hotel lobby, the bus stop is only a few steps away, Parc Belair is beautiful and right behind the hotel. No supermarkets or kiosks nearby(!) Looking for english speaking staff at this hotel? unfortunately the wrong place. Only one receptionist on the last day of our stay was understanding and speaking. Surprisingly you have to pay 50€/night in advance for the mini bar, breakfast, etc. as a guarantee. IF you take advantage of such. Speaking of breakfast… cold hall, poorly prepared, VERY little choice of ham etc. (only pork meat products and salmon), we had to ask the staff twice to refill some of the plates… So all in one an average hotel but a little bit too pricy. It’s alright for a few days. No coming back for us tho. 3/5.
