"DO NOT BE DECEIVED by what's posted on the website ( in my case Expedia). The pictures posted are great but in reality it's TERRIBLE. Floors are squeaking. Toilet and bathroom and kitchen are common to other guests next door or even from guests upstairs. They have a rule if someone makes a mess in the kitchen, they could charge you big money for cleaning fee, my question was, what if the next door neighbor made a mess, who are they going charge? "The apartment is in a great location on the edge of the pedestrianized old town (Haut Ville), but faces towards a convenient transit hub for buses and trams. Despite all of that bustle, the apartment is very quiet when the balcony doors are closed. It was clean, spacious, modern, and all on one floor. We were given good information for accessing the apartment (self check-in) and how things operated. We would recommend this apartment."

Such a video was not provided and I could not find the exact model on You Tube for adequate help. Specifically, how to turn off the timer/delay button on R-side panel. When we arrived at the apartment, that time was blinking at 3:00. I suggest making the video similar to how you made directions for using the dish washer in kitchen."
