"The hotel is dated and needs some TLC. Our room was on the main floor, and had a problem with ants and the floor had not been swept. I did mention the ants to the front desk. The included breakfast was great with a lot of different options to choose from. This is an ok spot to stay while traveling for a night or two."

"Edmundston itself, very little to do, however we were just passing through and this hotel was amazing. The room was outstanding, and the service was great. The pool area is a little bit small but the kids still loved it. Overall, wonderful place to stay."

"Dinner was exactly what you would expect and was welcome at the end of a long day's drive - served with a cold beer. Room was very, very musty and the air conditioner/fan had no continuous setting to try and rid the room of some of the staleness and it was too muggy outside to open windows"

"Good for a tired old traveler. Clean room and good comfortable bed. Small shower with slippery floor. A small paper cup or plastic glass would come handy (I always carry one). I had a good sleep, then Tim Horton is 50 feet away for Breakfast👍"

"Place was ok. Bit run down. Light in bathroom didn’t work. Bed was ok. Breakfast was decent. Cheaper than other places around. So I was ok with it. I’m on the road and male travelling solo. I’m sure my wife wouldn’t have liked it"

"This property was overall very good with some minor problems. The stairs to the second floor has a low ceiling and no railing on open side. The bathroom requires the caulking to be updated. It is close to a factory that sends an unpleasant odour into the air.I appreciate that the owner had a well stocked kitchen including coffee and tea. The laundry facilities were clean and included laundry soap and dryer sheets.There were plenty of linens, a TV in every room and access was timely and easy."

"The mattress had a huge dip. We had a terrible sleep. Management unhelpful, said it was my responsibility to notify them from an old problem that was easy to see. Its not customers’s responsibility to inform staff when they need to change a mattress!!!"

"This is a charming small property that was great for an overnight stay. It has been updated but it is small. 2 single beds but very comfortable. Could use a few more electrical outlets or bring a extension cord. No outlet in the bathroom. Shower was good. Would stay again. Host was very attentive."

"Clean and cozy space, comfortable bed, responsive and congenial host, everything was great. This was our first Vrbo stay, but won't be our last! My one caveat to future guests is that the shower stall is quite small. Not a complaint, it was fine for me (a 1X to 2X woman) but anyone much fluffier than me might find it tight. "
