We stayed at Happy Motel both on our way down and back from Nova Scotia and both rooms were clean. Lots of parking spaces. The staff were welcoming and when we needed something they always had it there for us. We always stay at this motel when travelling to Nova Scotia as it is near restaurants and close to the Transcanada when leaving the next morning.

The room was clean but very old. We were not expecting a lot for the price just a clean bed for a one night stay! I was definitely what we expected. Great stop off for our drive East. Bed was comfortable.

Convenient location for a quick one stop night. Centrally located with dining options close by. Nice to have table, chairs, microwave and fridge. Air conditioning worked well. Problems: no hair dryer, missing two lights in the bathroom, television did not work as it should (I.e. kept trying to reprogram), deck outside the room had rotten wood in spots.

This was an OK room for a one night stay, but it is outdated. Minimal storage options, bathroom door was swelled, so stuck if shut all of the way, small shower. No coffee maker or cups. Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean and AC worked great.

Good for a tired old traveler. Clean room and good comfortable bed. Small shower with slippery floor. A small paper cup or plastic glass would come handy (I always carry one). I had a good sleep, then Tim Horton is 50 feet away for Breakfast👍
