"The Hotel is not like what was offered when I booked the room, the picture are not representative of the hotel. The place is not in good condition and is full of old stuff, the room’s door had no lock."

"Check-in was fast, the reception staff spook OK English. Breakfast was OK, but not excellent. Shower head was broken. Reported but not fixed. Stayed for 4 nights. Good value for the price."

"Awesome stay. Staff and most of the facilities are excellent. There is not enough shade at the Terrace or 3nd floor pool areas. The rooftop terrace bar and pool area was unbearably hot. Breakfast is very good. We had a couple of bad meals but overall the food is good. I wou recommend this hotel if in the Santa Marta area. "
