I was so pleased with this hotel from the moment i stepped in. Every staff member were pleasant and greeted me when I passed. The breakfast that was included was buffet style and everything was delicious. We had dinner at El Faro and everything was amazing. Asked for an iron and it came to us quickly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. You wont be disappointed! Thank you Balandra Hotel

The manager told me he had advised hotels.com to cancel the booking, but they had not done this, so I received no communication that there were any issues with my reservation.
