"We loved our stay at Zota! The beach was one of our favorite parts—clean, calm, and not crowded at all. The water was crystal clear and the temperature was perfect. I arrived at the hotel location before 2:00 p.m. It was not until one of the facilities employees came to us and guided us in which direction to go to get into the reception office. "There is nothing better than a nice pool and beach within a short walking distance. The resort has beach chairs and umbrellas set up every morning that are first come, first serve. We would go back in a heart beat."

"Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience."

"Normal, I was dropping off my son at IMG. It was pricey, for the price I prefer to stay ay UTC Sarasota (nothing near). UTC has a mall and lots of restaurants and a Target near"

"Room was definitely not cleaned. Dirty napkins and just generally not wiped down. Solo cups left from the previous guest on the back deck. The views and location were awesome. Also no guarantee in getting a beach front umbrella in front of the rooms. People come early and reserve spots with towels and then maybe they show up maybe not."
