"The room was clean and adequate for a night’s sleep after a long day of hiking. However, we were very dissatisfied and disappointed that the spa pools closed at 8 pm and only reopened at 10 am. You can literally hear everything through the walls, conversations, doors opening, footsteps, etc. Tried calling management to change my room, but they did not respond to my messages or answer the phone. Very disappointed, in particular to the response I received after I had checked out (see email acknowledging the issue)."
