"Great stay"

"We had a great visit in Epernay at this excellent location right by the Saturday AM market and a few minutes walk to many restaurants and champagne houses. Loved the kitchen that had everything we needed to make dinner. The bed was very comfy with nice bedding. "

"We missed that reception closes at 6pm. Our mistake. We arrived in the evening and there were no instructions for "late" arrivals nor any self-checkin instructions. There was a phone number provided on the door (for emergencies) but we received no answer to our calls. We had received not a single word of instructions before arrival. "Hotel was OK but it's location is a challenge as there is nothing else in the village. Hotel Restaurant fully booked on day of arrival so had to head out elsewhere after a long day travelling wasn't great. Breakfast was ok but at €14 per person, not great value. Pool was good and staff mostly friendly. "

"Hotel was fine for the price and to stay one night on my own but the rooms were so small I’m pleased I was alone. Dinner in the restaurant was better that expected although the choice (other than many kinds of pizza) was limited. Breakfast was fine but limited hot food. Very pleasant staff in the hotel. "
