"The Resort was great! Staff was fantastic with everything we needed. The only thing that was not great was the smell of seaweed around the Resort. Very strong smell once you get out of your room. Either than that we had a fantastic time! Thank you Ocean Maya Royal for hosting us and thank you to the staff as well! "

"It was very clean, front desk staff (Hector) was very nice and efficient and he was able to accommodate my mom, sister and I in the room I requested and he gave us information about the hotel. Also all the staff at buffet was very sweet and happy, we appreciated them all. Thank you!"

"A true gem! I went there with my friend and it was our first trip to Mexico and to an all inclusive resort. We were pleasently surprised with everything : the room, the facilities, the organization, the food , the staff, shops/spa/hairsalon/pharmacy on place… and so more It was worth everyminute and every penny! Will definitley come back! "
