The only thing which was concerning for us(very rare services to be used) was in Hotel Doctor services. Those were overpriced medicine as compared to the pharmacy just few steps from the resort. We were given a promotion upon booking of $1000 resort credits - if you wanted to use them you had to spend money which overall was a scam to get you to book so be weary of these promotions.
