It was a wonderful place! VERY kid friendly, and lots of fun activities all day long, not even including the waterpark! We loved our stay and will return in the summer to check out the outdoor waterpark!

Friendly, courteous staff, clean room. No issues whatsoever. Our drunk neighbour falling on our balcony was an unexpected suprise, but we became buddies so whatever. Nice place. Would stay again.

Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful. The hotel carpet/decor seemed dark and older but you can't go wrong for the low price. Especially if you have kids as the pool was nice with a huge slide.
