"Good stay at a central hotel. My reason for the lower score is that our two rooms were placed in their lower end property a block away, even though the price we paid is for the main property that shows up on the photos! The lower-end property is composed of bare rooms with little decoration. They also forgot to give my parents a warm blanket in their room, so they were freezing all night! Hotels.com sells the hotel at a very high rate, and that is for their main property which only has 9 rooms....

"Olavaquero was everything I expected it to be and more. I have stayed in multiple rental properties around the world and Olavaquero's floor plan, design, amenities, location and style are top notch. It is by far the best accomodations in the area. The fully equipped kitchen, office, living & entertainment rooms are clean, well maintained and all the equipment is brand new. "I went to Morelia to say goodbye to my husband he died July 3. He loved Morelia it was a very rough time. But your employees made it very good for me and my brother. I stayed in central historical hotel. My mind was on my husband and not on anything else. I forgot and left out an envelope of money over 1,000 American dollars and 1,000 dollars in pesos. And amazing Elena who cleans my room found the envelope. Put it in a safe place and didn’t take any money. You have amazing employees. And made a very bad time for me bearable. Thank you"
