We just returned from a six night visit and found the staff, meals, beach bar drinks, and hotel services to be very good in spite of the age of the facilities. Suzie and Clifford will make sure that you have a great stay. The beach is steps away from your door and a few miles long. Several walks and NO other walkers most times. The hotel is an oasis on South Caicos, an island untouched by the over development on most Caribbean islands. The villas and accommodations blend into the natural environment. The landscaping is lush and indigenous, great care taken to preserve the natural setting. New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We spend 5 nights at the Parrot Cay by Como as a couple, and enjoyed very much the attention to detail, food and friendliness of the staff. Our room ( 603) was very old, the mattresses and furniture, as well, as the bathroom are in urgent need of replacement, never mind the AC which was loud, so loud that even the handyman could not fix it. We did expected at a price like this that this would have been more updated. The luxe towels and bedsheets did not make up a price tag like this....

Staying here is absolutely amazing and I couldn’t have planned this trip better myself so thank you for this resort for making it a 10 out of 10 experience
