"There was a great arrival welcome feature of free wine and beverages. My room had plenty of local welcome snacks plus beer, whiskey complimentary. Onsen was beautiful indoors and out. Keiko dinner had plenty of options and was both traditional and dynamic. Service was extremely gracious and after dinner dessert buffet in the lounge was really impressive. "
