A cozinha oferecia serviço precário para outras refeições; recebemos informações desencontradas sobre preços de diárias de estacionamento (e nos cobraram os preços mais altos); um dos manobristas se mostrou indisposto a buscar o carro num dia de grande movimento no entorno; e não gostamos da recomendação de deixar as toalhas no chão para que fossem trocadas na limpeza."

"The hotel is conveniently located next to Mineirão. The rooms are in bad shape, dirty walls, dirty floors, carpets are filthy and stained. This would not be a one-star hotel in the US, much less a 3-star property; beware. "

"No geral boa, a reclamar só do colchão, muito ruim. E meu quarto era virado pra Rua Sergipe, muito barulho no sábado a noite. "

"We stayed at this hotel 3 times using it as a base whilst travelling around Brazil. The staff were really friendly, breakfast was good and they had a spa; sauna & fitness centre (which we unfortunately didn’t go to). They were really lovely and upgraded us on our last visit. We plan to stay here when we come back in the future "
