"Check in was a breeze and MJ was over the top accomodating, offering a different room to be closer to our travelling companions and making our birthday special. Lounge was great and all personnel we talked to friendly. Would definitely stay again. Many wineries and lots to do in area."

Best Western Plus Montreal Downtown-Hotel Europa

"Staff were polite & helpful. Our room was quite clean & was cleaned each day. No carpet in the rooms ( or at least in ours) which is better for allergy sufferers. Despite some obvious renovations over the years i.e. bathroom fixtures etc. the building needs some tlc. In our room at least there were a few spots of paint peeling in the bathroom. "
