"We spent two nights in the hotel, and you easily say the room was super clean, upscale furniture and quiet, staff were so helpful. A very good location, close to the highways, Montreal downtown and too many restaurants are nearby with a small shopping mall. Public transportation not easy to navigate, it's better to drive or use Uber to avoid the hassle of driving in the heavy traffic and construction zones especially if you're not so familiar with the roads there"

"Everything was good. Room and washroom are very clean. Breakfast good. We tried another hotel with similar reviews but Hôtel WelcomINNS is much better!!! Little details makes a big difference. Things that make you feel like you at home For example: normal cutlery and crockery (not disposable tableware), or enough tv channels to watch some movie (not only 15 politics/news or 7 weather and 3 sorts channels …) "

"Great affordable price for students. Beautiful old style building with a high ceiling. Clean and tidy room. A little far away from downtown, we need to take bus then transfer to metro, or walk 15min to take the metro. Have free breakfast, but is too simple, not very delicious. Only bread, bagel, sweets and milk/coffee. I suppose there should be more types."

"I have stayed at this property previously but my return visit was met with some surprises. No alarm clock in the room. No directory of hotel services or references to surrounding area. No stationery. No individual toiletry items or shower cap. Wi-Fi password not noted. Regular coffee not supplied in the room. Bathroom lighting much too dim. These faults may be nit-picky in nature but the cumulative effect is note-worthy. I don't know what the hotel's objective is by making these changes but they...
