"The room was not up to expectations or online pictures. The recliner was so old, dirty and broken. The bathroom was dirty, the paint on the walls in both the room and bathroom looked like a 10 year old painted. The windows were disgusting. The breakfast area was very dirty. The coffee was just dirty water. We watched a staff make a new pot and the only thing that came out was a very, very light brown waters. The coffee maker and the garbage can looked like neither had ever been cleaned. I...

"The curtains that are darker need to be able to go across the window so the lights from outside do not come in. Hard to sleep with parking lot lights on. "

Had the verdant thermostat's which couldn't be changed front desk tried to call maintenance no response from them. Ended up getting the window to open for cool air. Too be fair the staff on duty did try to help but couldn't due to lack of knowledge"
