"I had a lovely stay at WestCord hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. When I called for an early check in they were able to help me. Only slight issue I had was the room was a little on the cooler side which couldn’t be sorted."

"Wonderful location, and helpful staff. Breakfast was nourishing for a day out in Delft. The only reason I rated it 4 instead of 5 is the lack of good air circulation in the room. The beautiful, big windows didn’t open and the air felt stuffy, with a slight smell of musty cleaning product. I propped open the door and was able to air out the room and forget about it. Great hotel overall."

"Really good location. Opposite the train station! Staff were friendly. Will go back here when i go to delft."

"Great location right on a canal. Charming room with comfy beds & spacious bathroom overlooking the canal. Walkable to the main plaza, lots of shops & restaurants. Buffet breakfast was very good."

"Clean room, free parking, friendly staff."

"Fabulous location. The room was a good size and overlooked the square. The hotel is a little dated though. I can also imagine it is quite noisy at night at the weekends. Parking is available nearby for around £20 per 24 hours"

"Breakfast delicious 😋 great location"

"Great place, close to public transportation, supermarkets and restaurants. Comfortable bed, very clean, very nice decorated."

"Roskakori ja minijääkaappi puuttui. Suihkuhuoneessa ei ollut lattiakaivoa ,aina märkä lattia joka oli tosi liukas, ja suihkusta puuttui suojaverho tai suihkuseinä. Portaat jotka johtivat huoneen ovelle olivat tosi kapeat ja jyrkät. Vaaralliset portaat. Huone sijaitsi vastapäätä kanavaa eri rakennuksessa. Vessa ovi läpinäky eikä lukkoa."

"Pleasant little hotel, but in need of a bit of a refresh. Looking a bit sad and tired. Breakfast definitely not up to standard at 15 euros a head. No tea/coffee or milk in the room, empty fridge, just not very impressive."

"Heel fijne locatie en verblijf. "

"Awesome location. Don’t think twice, book and stay you will love it "
