"Property was a perfect location for my trip. Fun Quirky Hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the bar and restaurant in the evening. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Train station was just a short walk away. Two stops to City Central and One stop to Zaanse Schans Windmills. Once we learned to navigate the trains it was very easy to get around. Trains were clean and safe."

"Room was super clean and staff were very helpful when needed. They provided recommendations for the area and also gave us umbrellas as it rained for part of our visit. 3 minute walk to the train station and you’re in centraal within 12-15 minutes. The centre also has some gems without having to go into Centraal too."

"Please whatever you do, DO NOT stay here. Pay a little extra and go somewhere else. If I could give this place negative starts then I would. The whole room smelled like body odor. The wall paper was peeling off. The bathroom door handle was broken and we couldn’t open the door at times. The walls were thin, we could hear our neighbors daily. There was mold in the bathroom ceilings. There was never anyone at the front desk."

"We had a very good stay at Zenstay in Amsterdam! Even though it is a self check-in property, the property manager personally waited for us and helped us with the check-in process, which was extremely kind and appreciated. The apartment was comfortable and everything went smoothly during our stay. The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s about 25–30 minutes from the city center, but overall we had a great experience and enjoyed our time there!"

"Property is very close to train station and zanse schanse and staff was very helpful in accommodating our late check in, holding onto luggage at reception etc. Only thing to complain about was the soap in the shower was running low but we also didn't try ringing the reception to ask for more so can't dock them for that"
