"We had a very nice time at tge Hilton garden inn. The room was spacious and clean. Staff helped when needed it. Not sure why they dont clean and change towels everyday. That was strange. The manager Lisa was the biggest surprise and help. We ordered room service from the steakhouse Spencer's in the building. And that was a horrible experience. (Making this clear ( Spencer's Steakhouse is not affiliated with the hotel in anyway!! ) After we ordered it took over 40 minutes to get the food. Only half the dinner showed up and we were told they would bring it right back. The steaks were way over cooked. Wrong items brought. ) The next morning the Hilton manager called because she heard what happened. Explained it was uncalled for and wanted our stay to be excellent and she fixed the dinner. She didnt have to, just did anyway. Thank you very much."
