"Great location however the room was a little bit tired and had water damage on the ceiling "

"From the moment that we arrived there was no assistance with baggage and waited 20 minutes for front desk staff to check is in. This was a clear sign of what was to come but, oh it gets better. Reserving the family suite was disappointing as well. 2 single mattresses put together to make a queen bed is actually smaller than a double bed and extra mattresses were P800 each. The bathroom was small and no hot water is available. In the description it states there's a restaurant on site...

"Less than expected. No food and beverage service. It was advertised that can avail food upon order but there’s no such service. The staff are so friendly though. My check-in and check-out is so quick and easy "

"The hotel looks really run down and I felt I've been overcharged for it. Our room is outside reception, behind a bar. On our first night, people were playing pool, too noisy. On our second night, which is a Friday, a band played all night and the noise carried on until 5am. "

"A very nice property with a great morning buffet. The building is getting a bit older but in good shape with decent furniture. The local area around the property is surrounded by older local neighborhoods. It is a top 5 hotel stay in Bacolod. "
