Hotel with a Concierge in Negros Occidental from AED 79

"The breakfast is great, friendly staff, and very accessible to the mall. I like the amenities such as the pool, pool bar, gym, and restaurant/bar/coffee areas. Very noisy and irritating vibrating sound from the room next door due to maintenance/repairs. Got transferred to another room/floor next to housekeeping room - irritating also due to constant door closing/opening, so back to the same problem. Staff needs training to at least upgrade to a better room, discount to bar, etc. when inconvenience happens."

"Internet wi fi basically really bad. Don't count on the wi-fi when you book,because you will be dissapointed. The Philipino Manager is a lounge lizard who sits at bar drinking all day and flirting with female guests. Property dirty with biting ants everywhere. Food just so so.Staff is very nice but not organised. Don't know haw to set table. We had to walk up and down 3 floors to our room. "
