Excellent stay overall. The staff were outstanding and consistently provided warm, attentive service throughout my visit. The facilities were well maintained, and the room was clean and comfortable. Everything: from the warm welcome from your staff to the cleanliness of the room. The staff are super nice and helpful. They made my bestfriend’s & I stayed fabulous! And Miles from housekeeping was extremely polite and very nice. He even wrote us a lovely letter which we were so delighted by his work ethics and him taking time to send a lovely note.

It was very noisy in my room, I can hear the people across me talking so loudly and them knocking on the door. My room was on the city side and the traffic keeps on waking me up. I enjoyed the hot shower though and the staff of the hotel were very attentive.
