"Very attentive staff"

"Yay"

"You can take the TART on-call bus to the hotel. We chose to walk it from the town center--we took the train--but it was a moderate up-hill 1.3 mike walk with luggage. Not terrible but used the free bus when we caught the train the next day."

"We stayed one night on our way through Truckee. This Springhill Suites did not disappoint. It was very comfortable and clean and I would pick it again if I get a chance to go back to Truckee."

"I loved our stay, staff was friendly and helpful. Great environment and good parking"

"Staff was friendly rooms were clean"

"Room was very small and the only place to hang clothes was on a wall hook with three hangers. The bathroom was really large, so perhaps a real clothes rod could be put in there? Our view was a brick wall a few feet away, so that was disappointing. There was a nice lounge area with a ginormous couch where we spent evenings, but the bar there was closed. USB ports would be nice somewhere in the hotel."

"Location"

"Nice friendly could used a better way of entertaining"

"Only thing I was missing was a desk Otherwise excellent"

"Five stars all around! The hotel itself was great, but Angie at the front desk truly made our trip. She is the definition of a professional—so helpful, kind, and attentive to every detail. Thank you, Angie, for making us feel so valued and welcome!"
