"Cute rock and roll themed hotel on the outer edge of downtown St. John's. It's a short walk to the pedestrian area with shops and restaurants. The hotel itself was clean and service was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom could use some updating. We had massages at the spa and used the pool and sauna. All were nice. Considering the area is popular for hikers, the spa should consider offering more therapeutic massage (sports or deep tissue) instead of just relaxation....

"Clean room, free buffet breakfast (that we didn’t get to have, due to an early flight), airport shuttle. We I asked the lady at the front desk for the nearest food place she seemed annoyed."

"First time travelling with an adult with limited mobility. The hotel let us use their wheel chair for the day, which was awesome! No air conditioning in the room - or at least it wasn't working, the fan came on the first night during the night but not at all the second night so no air movement at all even with the window open. Room was a little small for 4 adults."

"The location of the hotel is great which is in the center of the city and the price is decent. The parking lot though is very small and clustered. The rooms are nice but not very clean. The floor wasn’t swept at all. Very dusty behind the tv and night stands. Both nights we had to ask for towels and face cloths because there was only one set. The bed sheets aren’t big enough for the mattress and they came off as soon as you get in the bed."

"Simple, nice place to stay"

"Surprised to have daily room services and it most welcomed! Having the option to use the laundry facilities on our own schedule worked well with our honeymoon schedule. We upgraded to have the full kitchen in our suite and although there is a slight price increase we quickly recovered it by dining in for a few meals. Location worked well for our travel plans as we wanted something just outside of town…about 20 minutes and not in the midst of the pub district. Highly recommend"

"Excellent location for a early morning flight. Even at 330am a continental breakfast was available before the free airport shuttle"

"Beautiful hotel. We had a few maintenance issues with our suite, that we mentioned on check out. Otherwise a wonderful stay."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel was very clean and the room was exceptional! We would definatley reccomend."
