The location was great! Staff was super friendly especially all the staff in the lounge! Front desk was very quick to fix a small issue we had! Only thing we were dissatisfied with was the vending machines not being filled but small thing and we would absolutely recommend and return!!

We had a great stay, I always request a room on a higher floor because our daughter loves to look out at wherever we are staying & they were great, put us on the top floor with the best view! The staff were super friendly and helpful, location was good and the hot tub and pool were clean andwell maintained. Only one restaurant on site with a limited menu. Accessing the hotel via the driveway is only one way which makes it dangerous for people being dropped off because cards are backing down the one way so they don’t have to pay to access the parking lot to get out. Vending machines were practically empty and housekeeping needs a little more attention. I personally did not like the fact that the hotel charged my credit card over $1600 as a deposit when my room was fully paid for months prior to my stay.

Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful. It’s the people who make it an enjoyable experience love the harbour view from our room pool area is beautiful. Only suggestion would be to mop the pool deck more frequently there was a lot of wet hair strands strewn across the floor from previous guests who had used the pool. Love Newfoundland we will be back!
