"Property needs remodeling, it is showing its age."

"Terrible Wi-Fi barely good enough for the tv in the room"

"I really enjoyed my stay there. I would highly recommend it and would stay there again if I was in the area"

"Friendly staff nice room but dated"

"Our room was dirty. The floor was dirty. The shower was not cleaned. The previous tenants shampoo, conditioner and soap were still in the shower. The microwave didnt work until we took it out and moved it to another electrical outlet. The room smelled badly."

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We would happily stay here again!"

"I arrived at the Hotel and went to the front desk to check in and was told that they tried to run my payment for the room but it was declined so they gave away my room. I asked why because it was pay at property. I also told them my card that was used when I made the reservation months ago expired 09/26 but I had the card that was reissued. The employee told me that they called me but because I didn’t respond within 2 hours they gave away my room. They never called. I checked my phone. ...

"Always love to stay at the Helgeson when in Orofino. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff."

"Clean, cute, and comfortable. They were very easy to coordinate with. Would stay there again."

"Very nice place to stay. It is about 5 miles south of Kamiah. Much bigger than expected, very clean and well stocked with all cooking items. Internet worked well and had A/C. We would definitely stay there again or in their adjacent rental. Only downside is that it is right on the highway and although traffic noise can be loud at times it did not bother us too much. We were very impressed and no hesitation staying there again."

"Our stay at the orange door was very pleasant. The vrbo was clean, accommodating, and a comfortable place to stay. Mary Hikes, the owner was excellent to work with. Her response time was immediate and her demeanor was professional."
