"As they say in real estate…location, location, location. Treasure Cay beach is absolutely beautiful and Nick’s place is oceanfront, yet only a 30-40 second walk to the pool area. There are restaurants and convenience stores and a liquor store all within walking distance. The local owners were all remarkably friendly and welcoming. "We had a wonderful three week stay. Great location and the beach is really incredible. The villa was very clean and provided most everything we needed. This was a working vacation for us so having a very reliable wifi was very important and we had no issues. We also met a lot of very nice people in villas which seems to have great community. "

"Loved the villa and the location. The beautiful beach is just right down the path through the villa complex, community pool which is also very close is a very nice area to relax. The landscaping through out the complex is beautiful. The villa was perfect with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We did have everything we needed there. Some friendly suggestions would be to have a few books, games and maybe some pickle ball paddles for the court across the road. Thanks for the great rental villa."
