"Terrible experience. When we arrived at the property, the place was very dirty, poorly maintained, and in very bad condition. It was obvious that there had been no proper upkeep. The condition was so bad that we decided not to stay and had to leave immediately. Even so, we were not given a refund. I find it unacceptable to charge guests for a property in that condition and then refuse to refund them when they cannot even stay there. I do not recommend it at all."

"My crew & I booked for three nights & stayed here not even 24 hours. The women at the property was very welcoming she wasn’t one of the host. If you are afraid of infestation do not book here. I understand rules & policy we all have them,when your guest check out not even 24 hours after check in you should be willing to accommodate them 100%. No I’m not saying a full refund but geeesshhhh act like you have a heart & refund a portion of their funds. "

"High Rock House is in a central location in Bottle Creek, making it easy to get to all locations on North and Middle Caicos. The property was clean and the owners were very accommodating. Wifi wasn't working when we arrived, but they came and fixed it a few hours later. The reason for the 3 stars is that the photos shown are of a completely different apartment. Additionally, the toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle did not work. Another small complaint was the bedroom blinds cannot shut...
