"Location was excellent - about a 5 min walk to the beach, grocery store, pharmacy, even an urgent care center. At the beach, the resort chairs and umbrellas are immediately at the pedestrian access point. These are free for guests as well as kayaks and SUPs. If you booked a catamaran snorkeling cruise, the Ritz Carlton dock is nearby. Facilities were clean. We paid about $13 to use the washing machine and dryer. Breakfast was good. The staff were cordial. "

"Everyone’s favorite resort! Directly on the ocean. Wrap around balcony and VIP suite oceanfront. Very expensive over 1,000 a night but worth it. Don’t do the shuttle to grocery store. They charge you for the shuttle and take you to an expensive gourmet shop. The butler service is more like a concierge but they have great suggestions ! I would suggest a free shuttle and better breakfast but will definitely be back ! Restaurant expensive but not very good. But the bartender was wonderful. "

"Probably the most amazing beach in the Caribbean. 2 amazing heated pools. Food is great with so many gluten free and vegan options. As well as seafood, chicken etc. Spa is top shelf. "This was the perfect location! The picturesque view of Grace Bay was stunning and a nice way to start our day sitting on the balcony sipping coffee.
