"Air conditioner was an after the fact install, very loud and room was to warm to turn off. No hot water, called front desk, no phone in room, front desk said they would check on it, 3 days later still waiting to hear back. Turns out it takes 20 minutes for hot water to show up at the room."

We were awaked every night by someone talking in the room next door or the baby being inconsolable. It is a nice location, right on the beach, but I'd think twice before reserving. "
