We absolutely loved these apartments! Wonderful location, very clean and spacious! They were SO close to everything! Very comfortable bed and pillows! The only downsides were a lack of salt/pepper (most other places we’ve stayed had a few spices/seasonings) and no shampoo/conditioner. I somehow left mine at the last stop and the store was closed so not having even little toiletries was a bit of a bummer and I had to wait till the next day when the store opened.

He said that the hotel was supposed to be built but they had an issue with the contractors. As compensation for the inconvenience, the hotel manager automatically booked us in a 5-star hotel right next door, offered us free tickets to the bath springs next door, and also paid for our din we at the...

My husband and I found the movie Eurovision Song Contest: Story of Fire Saga during the dark months of COVID. It quickly became a favorite feel good movie for us. When I started to plan for my husband's birthday, I decided "We're going to Iceland!" We rented a car to drive from Reykjavik to see this little gem (5 1/2 hours drive each way). I cannot say enough about this town and this little hotel. First, we drove up on a Wednesday not really thinking about many things being closed during...
