"The garden is a real gem, immense, with gorgeous trees and a beautiful view of the landscape. In addition, it offers a lot of activities: a large and well maintained swimming pool, a tennis court, badminton, a golf practice, archery, not to mention a fully equipped gym. The location is really good to discover the charms of Gascony, a few kilometers away from the Flaran abbaye, Condom, and half an hour from Lectoure. Owners who live on the estate are responsive, helpful, and friendly. "

The "Mazarin" Hotel was a very pleasant surprise. We expected difficulties due to its location on a narrow mediaeval street, but getting there was easy and parking, while tight, was also acceptable. With the car safely put away, we explored what the hotel had to offer. There is no elevator - instead very many stately stairs. If you have luggage, a lot of luggage, that might be a problem. Well, it wasn't. Before we knew it, the receptionists joined forces and brought everything up. After this...

This hotel was the highlight of our Provence trip. The owner and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive. They are generous on their servings. The location of the hotel is perfec for both local and for day trips. There’s a map on the wall with recommend place for those like us who do road trips. We stayed 3 nights and wanted to stay longer. We felt part of the family! The breakfast served is extra but economic and overflowing and a delicious way to start the day. Cookies and tea in the...

You can trust all the five-star reviews for Hotel Entraigues. We did, and enjoyed an unforgettable three nights there. Hotel staff were friendly and went beyond helpful. One example--while giving us walking directions to the laundry/dry cleaners five minutes away, the desk manager said "never mind, I'll go there for you". The hotel is a beautifully stabilized and modernized medieval structure with twenty-first century furnishings and lighting. Our suite overlooked the Uzes cathedral through...

This hotel was wonderful. Carcassonne is a special town and the hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located at the base of the castle with excellent views of the castle and surrounding hillsides. The restaurant offers an open-air experience, and we enjoyed happy hour wine in the evening then a lovely breakfast in the morning. The room itself was the best part - eloquent yet comfortable. We will stay here again when we visit Carcassonne.
