We have stayed at this hotel many times and always leave wishing we could stay longer! This is by far the most comfortable hotel at which we have stayed in Ukraine. They are nice, friendly, and provide a lot of services including delicious room service, laundry services, and taxi and shuttle services! You will not be disappointed.

The location and overall architecture of this hotel is fabulous. Located on the Black Sea, you get that old world feel of Ukrainain culture. The staff was incredible, with a 24 hour Resturant, and room service, serving my every need, if they didn't have an item on the menu, they obtained it. This hotel was built this past summer and has many things close by that are all within walking distance. The receptionists at the hotel are very sweet and will go out of their way to help you if you need a pharmacy or good resturant. If you are at this hotel and want to go to city center, just ask directions to bus stop (15 minute walk towards Mcdonalds) and either take bus 185 or bus 242 (numbers are posted on windshield) and for 3 UAH just ride the bus until it is parked in city center. Great hotel, and very nice area.

Arriving at the Bristol Hotel reminds one of a bygone era of luxury travel. THe architecture and furnishings are lavish and serene! From the moment you check-in until the day you leave, the entire staff of the hotel ensure that you stay at this iconic Odessa hotel will be memorable!

We had a very nice room. In general , there are very well handled , supervised environment, and you feel quite safe .

It's a bit loud since there is a bar next door, but it stops around 22:00. All and all a great place.

Staff were fabulous, even carried my bag to the room up 3 flights of stairs...made sure that I was safe and that the taxi showed up on time whenever i ordered it!

From the moment I arrived late at night I felt very welcome. The hotel lobby is very inviting the staff was very friendly, security showed me to my room and the key operation. Fantastic stay even the cafe in the hotel very friendly hot coffee and the best orange juice. All in all I loved this hotel very quiet close to many cafes shopping and sights. Cannot wait to stay at this Gem again. Well worth the money. I highly suggest you give this hotel a try. A Plus in my book.

The hotel was highly recommended by my colleagues - they stay there on a regular basis during business trips. It turned out to be a great place for a short vacation as well. I first got there they gave me the wrong room. I payed for a room with a terrace and a sea pool view. They gave me a room with a room whith the balcony facing a hot parking lot with the side window looking at the sea. I complained and told them this is not what I paid for. They told me they could correct the problem the next day. They did get me an awesome room the next day! I could see the pool and the ocean and the Dolphin pool. It was great! I went swimming with the dolphins for 100 bucks....
