"スタッフは基本的に愛想が良く、親身になって話を聞いてくれる。しかし、残念ながらサービスの質は良くはない。
事前にメールで空港でのピックアップを予約し、先方も了解の返事をしていたにもかかわらず、空港到着時にドライバーがいなかった。ホテルへの電話もなかなか繋がらず、空港でかなり待ちぼうけする羽目になった。
部屋は広いが、水回りと床が非常に汚い。また、蚊が多い。
寺院が立ち並ぶ旧市街までは歩いて10～20分程度で、州立博物館もすぐなので、ロケーション的には悪くない。
なので、サービスに期待しない上であれば、良いのかもしれない。"

"The facility is being renovated. We had to put up with a lot of construction related disturbances. The location and accessibility is a challenge. The food was good though. Overall it is an ok place for an overnight stay...not for any extended Stay..."

"First time ever in our life, valuables were stolen (Airpods, hair straightener and expensive perfume) from our room in Swosti Premium while we were out attending a wedding. Management was in denial and didn't make any serious efforts to investigate the matter or to compensate our loss."
