"I booked at this property thinking it was the Lodge at the state park, It is deceiving since they have very similar names. Upon arrival my key was in the door to my room and the clerk who checked me in was pleasant enough but i am assuming he lives on the property and you could see his living quarters, dog ( I think a pit bull in tow). Room was small, old and dirty. There were hairs in the bed and one small bug, like a gnat. I killed one more on the nightstand. There was a musty smell to...

"Our family loved our stay. The house was immaculate, with everything we needed for our stay.Our two grandsons loved that they could walk down the steps to the lake. It is a 121 step trip, but even for me, a 78 year old grandmother, it was doable."

"Great house and location. Plenty of amenities and the views were breathtaking. The water is just a few steps from the house.Only drawback was that the boat dock for the rental was inoperable and we had a boat. Otherwise 10/10."
