Welcome to our newly updated 3 BR/2 BA lakefront home in the quiet Bentwood neighborhood with new fiber optic cable for great wifi and streaming service! Perfect for your getaway with family or friends and pets (for an additional fee)

The open concept living space includes a beautiful modern kitchen with a dining table that seats 6 and a large island that seats 4, ideal for snack and meals. A high-chair is available as well if needed. The fully equipped kitchen opens to spacious family room with a large very comfortable reclining sectional couch, plus a separate recliner that looks straight out to the lake. The room is great for watching movies on DVD (over 50 provided for all ages), Netflix, Amazon and Hulu, or playing the many board games we have provided with your family and friends. There is a cornhole set as well.

The 10 x 26 ft screened patio facing the lake is its own oasis. It has a dining table that seats up to 8. The comfy swivel chairs are a perfect place to enjoy the gas fire pit while you enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine looking over the serenity of the lake. There is also a large deck with a grill and lounge chairs for those who just want to sit out and soak up the sun. At the end of the day relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset over the lake from the deck, porch, or the bench swing below the porch.

You will find plenty of games and DVD's for family game night or movie night!

When you're fully relaxed and ready to turn in, choose from a queen bedroom with a private bathroom and its own separate entrance to the porch, a second bedroom with a queen bed , or the 3rd bedroom which has a queen daybed with a queen trundle that sleeps a total of 4.

Enjoy outdoor activities such as swimming, boating, and fishing (4 poles), kayaking (2), water sports, or just floating the day away on the floats, lily pad, and multiple noodles we provide. There are several life jackets for your use as well.

Enjoy other activities like hiking, playing corn hole, taking a walk, run, or bike ride around our quiet neighborhood as you enjoy the view (bikes not provided.)

The state park is just a few miles away away with boat ramps, beaches, hiking, biking, miniature golf, and frisbee golf, or grab a bite at Little Dave's Restaurant and Pizza (The Pizza is great and they deliver!) or Porgie's Chow Wagon https://porgieshotdogs.com (they also deliver) and their ice cream stand next door. Axtel Recreational Marina is just a few miles away as well.

**Per Corp of Engineers we are not allowed to let anyone use our dock/slip. Nicks Boat Dock has very inexpensive slip rental ($15 a night) and has boat rental as well. The State Park also has boat rental. There are ramps at State Park just minutes away, and at Nicks Boat Dock to trailer and launch your boat. There is ample space to park a boat trailer at our house if you plan to trailer and launch daily***

1 hour from Mammoth Cave

If you want to hit the links, Lafayette Club is less than 15 minutes away and for more exploring, Mammoth Cave is a little less than an hour/ Just 15 minutes to Pine Knob Theater. City of Leitchfield is a 25 minute drive and offers shopping and dining. Owensboro is a 50 minute drive, 60 minutes to Bowling Green and 1 1/2 hours to Louisville.
