Amazing stay!

Wonderful hotel! Spacious and clean single story “condos”. Friendly and helpful staff. A fantastic breakfast delivered to your room each morning. Great shower. Hot tub in backyard. One of the best places we had ever stayed. The location is not in the city so you won’t find walk to eat or shop convenience but not a problem if you have a car. Very clean and spacious villa with amazing views of the ocean. The staff was even more amazing, knew us by name when we came for breakfast or dinner. True paradise!

Breakfast was nice. Hotel room was spacious. I liked the design. I think if they upgraded the living room with more modern looking couches, the room would look spectacular. Hotel was worth the money spent.

The location and staff was excellent. The hotel was located very close to many main attractions and conveniently located only a 10 minutes drive from the airport. We really enjoyed the VIP black card lounge where they served food and drinks daily. We were thankful for the generous staff who helped us we will definitely like to return and stay again.

Very luxurious hotel with lots of amazing stuff to do on site. Meant more for romantic couples, with various spa treatments available, as well as indoor pools and access to its sister resort for more dining and shopping options. Perfect for a romantic milestone celebration or a surprise trip!

My wife and I decided to take our 11 month old on his first plane ride to Okinawa. A little nervous about the trip itself, we were looking for accommodations that would hopefully make it a little less daunting. This Ritz exceeded all expectations. Upon arrival, our son received an amenities bag with a rubber ducky, baby shampoo, and skin oil. What was most important to his parents was the doorknob sign warning those outside our room of his nap time. Dining at Gusuku (opt in for the breakfast)...
