Find Hotel with a Concierge in Onna

Wonderful hotel! Spacious and clean single story “condos”. Friendly and helpful staff. A fantastic breakfast delivered to your room each morning. Great shower. Hot tub in backyard. One of the best places we had ever stayed. The location is not in the city so you won’t find walk to eat or shop convenience but not a problem if you have a car. No ocean view but the quietness is peaceful. You trade walk-to convenience for space to stretch out. It’s like 3 to 5 times the space of a tiny...

This hotel is a 10 in every way, gorgeous setting, hotel, service, amenities and a fabulous spa. This is hospitality, taste and elegance at its best.

Very luxurious hotel with lots of amazing stuff to do on site. Meant more for romantic couples, with various spa treatments available, as well as indoor pools and access to its sister resort for more dining and shopping options. Perfect for a romantic milestone celebration or a surprise trip!

Fantastic room, very spacious and clean.

My wife and I decided to take our 11 month old on his first plane ride to Okinawa. A little nervous about the trip itself, we were looking for accommodations that would hopefully make it a little less daunting. This Ritz exceeded all expectations. Upon arrival, our son received an amenities bag with a rubber ducky, baby shampoo, and skin oil. What was most important to his parents was the doorknob sign warning those outside our room of his nap time. Dining at Gusuku (opt in for the breakfast)...

Great mid size Hotel at a quiet beach ,away from all noise ! great room ,great staffs, Super healthy breakfast ! Great Spa !

The staff was absolutely outstanding exactly what you would expect at a grand Hyatt hotel. The indoor pool was wonderful so was the spa. It's a beautiful island getaway perfect for relaxation. Exactly what I needed.

So accommodating! Truly felt pampered throughout our stay.

We absolutely loved our room. Spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Highly recommend! Only complaints are minor. The staff did not speak much English so be prepared for that. Also you cannot use the gym if you do not have designated indoor only gym shoes so be aware of that as well. Great location and nice restaurants at the hotel as well. 2 beautiful pools. Would stay there again!

施設はセンス良く綺麗で、景色も素敵、お食事も美味しくスタッフの方々も丁寧でした。非常にリラックスできる空間で過ごすことができました。

Nicest facilities! Very clean and the breakfast was superb! Loved the fruit sandwiches the most and just simply amazing!! The birds in the entrance did make me sad. I wish they were able to fly in an enclosure.

Would like the shuttle to the beach to run longer in the summer. Even to provide access to the restaurants on the main road for lunch and dinner.

Amazing stay!
