"Great room, staff, food choice and price."

"Liked the location. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Need working ice machine on each floor. Would be very convenient if restaurant and sandwich shop were open for lunch and dinner."

"We had a late arrival and staff was very helpful getting us checked in and ready to relax. Room was clean and well stocked. Tons of cool memorabilia to see and even some Native American art on display. Casino was fun! We pressed button for drinks and nobody ever came to our area. After an hour we decided to go get our own drinks. We only ate at the diner and the food was bland. Overall our trip was very enjoyable and I would recommend staying at this Hotel. "My husband and I went to celebrate our marriage anniversary and It was amazing! Very relaxing and the staff is very helpful, you can simply text them for anything you need or concerns which is really nice. The food was great! We recommend the tap house for evening and drinks and then the Seltzers Modern diner for breakfast!!! So delicious! We definitely will be going back!"

"The room was good but the pool which we looked forward to using was suddenly in need of being refurbished the day after we arrived and bc I booked through a travel service I was not afforded any accommodation or remediation"

"First time using valet parking. Loved it. First time visiting this place. Clean, spacious and convenient. Restaurant delish"

"The only criticism I have is that the televisions ( in dining rooms and lobby areas) are tuned to Fox media outlets. Sports - no problem with the coverage, but the "news" is not reliable. Propaganda and lies. Sheraton should not promote this or should at least offer other media to view."

"Muy bien"

"It’s been a whole month since I’ve checked out and still haven’t received my deposit. I was told I would receive my deposit within 3-5 days. I’ve been calling asking about the refund and was told they would call me back. Management kept saying it was credited back to my account then I was told it was something on their end and they would call support and get back to me. I’ve called back multiple times and was told they were busy and would call me back."

"2nd time staying and will continue to stay when I am in town. Staff was great, check in and out was easy. Room was clean and quiet. My only advice is to put the address in for directions manually because if you just hit get directions from the sites it takes you to the bank behind it."

"Clean and good location"
