"The staff, accommodations, settings, cleanliness and communal restaurant continue to be a plus consistently as we stayed in 2013, 2014, 2022 and 2023. At times overcrowding was an issue. This last stay was marred by unacceptable construction noise on bloc 2, story 2. I had to speak to workers and at the desk that not even informing guests of this more than hour long din was just checked unacceptable. "

"Customer service needs work. They seem to have an idea of what 5 stars looks like, but can't seem to execute it. Things were missing from the room (towels, hair dryer) and it took hours to get them. In 3 days our room was never cleaned, though we requested it several times and were assured "right away". No mini bar, no coffee maker or kettle. We moved to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay, and it ended up being cheaper and better."

Everything is perfect there, the service, entertainment they are amazing very active group of dancers, the hotel also offers others entertainment and shows, food is top quality, a lot of choices and well prepared. It is my third year coming to this hotel and I will keep coming back…the hotel director is a very responsible boss and is always on top of every matter around the hotel, keep it up wonderful team…"
