"A mix up at check in saw delays and harassment over payment. Eventually sorted with apologies from the admin. Very poor hot shower - a dribble of water at best. Otherwise the stay was fine with warm room, excellent breakfasts offered. "

"This is a distinctive, very central hotel that is ideal for anyone visiting Sucre. The staff are outstanding, the rooms uniquely appointed in a mixture of older style and modern conveniences (although the wifi is a bit sluggish at times). Breakfast is plentiful, and staff allowed us to eat breakfast very early one day because we had a 5:30 am commitment. The common areas are lovely."

"The person on whats app was so helpful and helped me with everything! Sent me a beautiful list of things to do and things to eat, helped me with laundry and booked me a lovely clean safe taxi to airport. Nice breakfast but mattress was a bit uncomfortable and no shower screen meaning bano got a bit wet. There wasnt really a vibe there either, I didnt make any friends. "

"The hotel and bedrooms are very charming and very well decorated despite smaller than pictures shows and without windows for some of them( only velux). Very nice terrace.
Service is a shame and we cumulated the issues during these 2 days. Jacuzzi booked in advanced but not ready on time (40mns late) and water was boiling we lost 20mns more to add fresh water...
Restaurant was closed when we arrived at 20h30( supposed to close at midnight...) we complaint and they finally accepted to serve us but...
