"The first day the front desk attendant charged me $45 he said I did not have a reservation. I had to talk to someone else and I though I got my money back, it was a bad first impression. AC was not working properly, the small fridge was not working right and it tool a couple of days to get it replaced. "Too noisy from bar above. They have installed noise doors on the 2nd floor to prevent the music from the bar to get to the rooms on that floor; however, on the first floor they don’t have them. Also, the patrons from the bar go up and down the stairs all night, shouting and laughing. Having those doors can make your guests visit more enjoyable."
