"The first day the front desk attendant charged me $45 he said I did not have a reservation. I had to talk to someone else and I though I got my money back, it was a bad first impression. AC was not working properly, the small fridge was not working right and it tool a couple of days to get it replaced. "Beautiful property, wonderful staff and room. The food was delicious as well. My only suggestion would be to have the hot tub outside to be actually hot. The water was cold, with no way to make it hot. It would’ve been great to be able to utilize it. I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel and would stay here again! "

"It was a great stay, good value rooms and great location next to The Rock. The room with a loft is good for families, but can be complicated with small children (younger than 6). Not enough room to comfortable store clothes (would have been tight even for 2 in a room with a King bed and two twins in the loft), so would more closet space. We enjoyed the common living room and being able to walk to The Rock (its the same property, but building next door)."
