"Staff very nice/helpful, especially folks who helped with luggage etc. breakfast was mediocre-hot items not very hot-there was a lot of food though. Room was nice and beds comfortable."

"The bathroom was horrible! The shower had mold all over and to top it of when you would close the shower door it would open by it self pour all the water out. The a/c on the room was not cooling when we got in either had to have maintenance come check it. We have video that we showed the hotel manager so they could rectify all that is wrong in the room that was given to us. At the end they said thank you for our stay there and the hope to see us again. Never again will we stay at any of there hotels!"

"We loved the Radisson and sitting on the balcony watching the ships go in and out of the canal. The property was clean and well maintained. Staff was wonderful and the restaurants were a plus."
