We stayed at the Tango de Mayo Hotel on the backend of a multi-week trip to Argentina, right before heading home. After staying at a larger hotel closer to the Casa Rosada at the beginning of the trip, and then staying at several much smaller boutique hotels in Uruguay, the Tango de Mayo felt like is struck just the right balance between character and convenience. Although we only stayed for one night, this quiet and modern place left a lasting impression on us. We enjoyed our stay and the hospitality was absolutely amazing. I love that the offer an express breakfast if you’re not there for the real thing. It’s excellent when you’re up early for a flight. I would definitely stay here again.

All arrangements prior to arrival were schedule with the hotel and all done accordingly. Staff at the hotel were eager to assist, friendly and helpful at all times. Well kept facilities and our suite was great. The area had a good variety of restaurants, wine tasting classes, boutique stores,etc.

I had an excellent stay and highly recommend this hotel for its peacefulness.

This was a great find. Location was excellent with many eateries and sights close by. Minutes from the theater district. Safe area to walk at night. The service by the hotel staff is second to NONE.

On a pleasant quiet side street but just a few blocks away from Santa Fe street made our stay very pleasant the staff was courteous and helpful. And being small we didn’t have to waste time walking thru large lobbies. With only a few rooms per floor there were no long hallways.

One of the best hotel we’ve stayed at around the world! Outstanding front desk staff customer service . Hotel is clean and good location. Highly recommend!

This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at, it is nicer than 400 dollar hotels I stayed at in the us an Europe. The architecture is amazing and it looks just like the pictures, the food is good, the drinks are normal priced. I stayed in a suite for 89$. The hotel concierge will arrange travel, tours and transportation and the staff speaks English

The staff welcomed our group of 6 and escorted each of us to our suites and rooms. The ladies made sure the AC was working properly, informed us about the lights, and showed us the hospitality living room complete with snacks each afternoon. The bed linens and thick towels were amazing as well as comfortable mattresses and pillows. I enjoyed the roof top jacuzzi each day and sitting in the deck. Was walking distance to hop on off bus and shopping.
